Monthly Checklist

Dust and wipe all communal hard surfaces, i.e., tables, desks, chairs and furniture.
Glass mirrors and doors.
Toilets, urinals and sinks cleaned and sanitized.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Remove trash to a collection point.
Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap.
Empty sanitary napkin receptacles, replace liners & disinfect.
Vacuum or Sweep, Mop and disinfect floors
Inspect and pick up, as needed, building entrance area.
Clean and sanitize kitchen sinks; Client responsible for dishes.
